In 2005 the markets in Orlando Florida took a downturn in fact we went in to Free Fall. I can remember walking in to our offices down town and seeing some very gloomy faces one Monday morning. For the next three years we dealt with the total collapse of our economy as Homeowners fell behind on their mortgages. Whilst we were all trained in Short Sales previously we had to get up to speed quickly with legislation in order to assist homeowners with their Short Sales. We went from 0 -100 mph within weeks with an astonishing workload . Relationships were formed with Bank Asset Mangers around the country from every leading financial institution . We learnt a lot and became experts within the Industry being appointed REO Agents by many Lenders and handling BPOs and Property Preservations combined with Short Sales and Foreclosures. Todays market is somewhat more regulated but in recent times we have seen lending relax and prices increase at quite an alarming rate and aware some home owners and have over extend themselves in pursuit of that Dream Home.
